New to the gym in January & want to lose fat and gain muscle?
• 3-5 lifting workouts per week
• 4-6 exercise per session
• Train 1-3 reps away from failure
• Stay in a 250-1000 calorie deficit
• 1 g of protein per lb of BW
• 7-10K steps a day
• 7-9 hrs of sleep
